We understand the NDIS can be confusing and, at times, stressful. Our team of Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches are dedicated to roving an above-industry standard of service.
Support Coordination
Support Coordinators are here to help you understand your NDIS plan and then take action to help you find service providers that can fulfil your needs. Our Support Coordinators work to achieve positive and lasting change, viewing our Support Coordination services as a collaborative process working toward your NDIS goals.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
A recovery coach is an NDIS-funded worker immersed in the mental health field and filled with knowledge and expertise. Like our Support Coordination service, Recovery Coaching offers a hands-on approach to service. Using their mental health and psychosocial services knowledge, our staff want to ensure you get the best support to reach your goals.
About Us
No two NDIS Participants are the same.
All NDIS Plans will have different funding and implementation needs – that’s why our approach to service needs to be holistic. We work with participants to understand your individual circumstances and ensure your NDIS funding is being used as intended. You can read our Participant Handbook for more information.

Statement of Services
Capacity Building: Support Coordination Included in your NDIS Plan. Where considered reasonable and necessary by the NDIA, an allocation of Support Coordination funding will be included in the Capacity Building budget of an NDIS Plan. This means not everyone will have access to Support Coordination. Suppose an NDIS plan states a level of Support Coordination that has been funded (this might be listed as level 1, 2, 3, or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching). In that case, you are only eligible for this level of support.
